Have you seen the new Preferred Page Audience feature for Facebook pages? Facebook will still let anyone find your page but they’ll “do their best to put it in front of the people who matter to you most.”
You can set up a Preferred Page Audience with new and existing pages and we’ll look at both. First, new pages.
Create a new Facebook page, select the type of company it’s for and enter the name of the page. After you’ve done this select ‘Preferred Page Audience’ and define your audience:
You can edit this for an existing page by heading to the settings of your page and selecting Preferred Page Audience from the options on the left.
Then just create a suitable audience for your page.
