Snapchat has been showing promise for social marketers for some time, but with the introduction of Snapchat Discover it’s clear you need to be on there if you’re marketing at under 25’s.

Using the Discover platform brands can put out their ‘Stories’ – collections of their pictures and brief videos created for Snapchat. All stories are deleted after 24 hours so it’s important to stay active (while keeping interesting).
Discover is only available to a few select brands at the moment, but that doesn’t mean you should wait for it. Get on Snapchat now and start posting.
Why should you get posting? Consider these two numbers:
14.8 million and 24.79 million.
14.8 milluion is the number of people who tuned into the finale of The Walking Dead – one of the most popular cable TV shows currently airing.
24.79 million is the number of people who watched ‘Snowpocalypse’ on Snapchat – a collection of user generated videos and photos of the New York snowstorm.
So there you have it. There’s huge potential there without even needing Discover. Get Snapchatting.
